The Bow Valley Parkway is a scenic alternative to the Trans-Canada Highway between Banff and the Village of Lake Louise. With its reduced speed limit and many turn-outs, it provides direct access to many of the attractions in Banff National Park (i. e., Johnston Canyon, Pilot Lake, Castle Mountain).
