Peyto Lake, a beautiful and stunningly hued glacier-fed lake set amidst high peaks and the forested Mistaya Valley, is one of the jewels of the Canadian Rockies. The walk up to the viewpoint will stretch your legs and lungs; but, it's definitely worthwhile.
