Laguna Amarga offers a great opportunity to capture that classic image of the granite spires of Torres del Paine with or without their accompanying clouds.Although I wasn’t fortunate to experience a flock of flamingos taking a break at the lagoon, I was treated to a small herd of guanacos gathered in a nearby dried lake bed and on a verdant hillside.
