Nahuel Huapi National Park is a vast, protected area in the Lake District of Argentinean Patagonia. The park is known for Lago Nahuel Huapi, its largest glacial lake; and for San Carlos de Bariloche, a city famous for its Swiss influenced architecture and chocolate industry with wonderful chocolate smells filling the air. The Park has a multitude of additional glacial lakes, rushing rivers, majestic waterfalls, snow-covered peaks, glaciers and extensive forests.
