Barnafoss, near Hraunfossar (see Gallery), is a waterfall in West Iceland. Rather than being a "traditional" waterfall, Barnafoss is actually a series of rapids on the Hvita River as it churns and twists through a narrow canyon (rocky lava chute) and may be viewed from above.
